Cancellation Policy

Halloween Party – Important Guidelines & Safety Notes Cancellation & Refund • Cancellations and refund requests must be made at least 30 minutes before the scheduled event end time. • No cancellations or refunds will be permitted once the guest has checked in for the event. • All refunds are subject to a $1.50 transaction fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. • Refunds may take up to one week after the scheduled event date to be processed. Costumes & Masks • Costumes must be child-friendly — no weapons, sharp accessories, or props (fake knives, swords, etc.) • Full-face masks are discouraged for safety reasons; face paint or half-masks are preferred so vision isn't blocked • Costumes should not include long trailing capes, oversized props, or anything that could cause tripping Food & Allergies • Please inform staff of any food allergies before workshop activities (some crafts may involve shared materials) • Outside food may be restricted — please check with staff Check-In & Supervision • All guests must check in at the front desk upon arrival • Children must be accompanied and supervised by a registered adult at all times • Please wear provided wristbands for the duration of the event • Parents are responsible for their children during craft/workshop stations (slime, art, robotics) Play Area Safety • Non-slip socks are required in all play structure areas (no shoes) • No food or drinks inside the play area • Children should be reminded of general play etiquette — no rough play, pushing, or climbing outside designated areas Session & Capacity • Registration required — walk-in spots are extremely limited • Please arrive on time for your selected session (Morning 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM / Afternoon 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM) • The 30-minute gap between sessions is for cleaning and sanitizing — all guests must exit before the next session begins
